前一段时间，韩剧韩星席卷中国，无论是《来自星星的你》还是《太阳的后裔》，都瞬间吸粉无数~

 

然而最近，韩流不仅偃旗息鼓，韩星在电视上出镜也有特殊“待遇”：比如角色被替换或者戏份减少等等。

 

这样的现象也让很多韩国媒体猜测，是不是中国官方限制了韩流？

 

Rumors that China's media watchdog has expanded an unofficial ban restricting the broadcast of South Korean TV shows in the Chinese mainland have increased recently.

 

While the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television (SAPPRFT) has not made any official announcements, recent months have witnessed the abrupt editing out or blurring of South Korean stars' appearances in Chinese shows and a declining number of K-pop performances in the mainland.

 

不过，就在本周一，中国外交部对所谓限韩令的流言给出了正面回答。

 

 

在当天的外交部例行记者会上，有记者提问：据报道，近日中方“限韩令”不断升级，中国政府要求各家电视台不得播出由韩国明星代言的广告。你能否证实？你对此有何评论？中方此举是否与“萨德”有关？

 

Q: It is said that China is tightening up its restriction on the ROK by requiring Chinese TV stations not to air advertisements casting pop stars from the ROK. Can you confirm that? What is your comment on that? Does China take the move because of THAAD?

 

外交部发言人耿爽：首先，我没有听说所谓的“限韩令”。第二，中方对中韩之间的人文交流一直持积极态度。但相信大家也能理解，两国之间的人文交流是需要有民意基础的。第三，中方坚决反对美国在韩国部署“萨德”反导系统，这一立场也是众所周知的。中国民众也对此表达了不满，相信有关方面应该注意到了这种情绪。

 

A: First and foremost, I have never heard about any restriction on the ROK. Second, the Chinese side is always positive to people-to-people and cultural exchanges with the ROK. However, I believe you can all understand that such kind of exchanges should be based on public support. Third, the Chinese side's steadfast opposition to the deployment of THAAD by the US in the ROK is well known to all. The Chinese public has voiced their dissatisfaction as well. Relevant parties must have taken note of that.

 

对于外交部给出的回答，不少网友纷纷在微博上点赞，戏称外交部“甩锅”，但是自己愿意“接锅” 。据《环球时报》报道，韩国政府也在密切关注相关动向，了解确切情况。同时，外交部的结论可能暗示中国民间可能存在“反韩流”情绪。

 

不过，需要注意的是，“反韩流”也不一定要与政治挂钩。圈内人士认为，随着中国电视产品的成熟，韩剧的吸引力有所下降，部分原因在于中国观众现在可以接触到更广泛的剧作品，不再仅仅依赖韩剧，同时部分韩剧的剧情也过于拖沓。

当然，也有网友表示，我们其实还是有喜欢的韩剧的，哪怕剧情拖沓也没有关系，时不常的就会关注有没有更新，名字就叫《我的闺蜜是总统》……
